I did end up getting my funds, it just wasn’t always as quick as I expected. Most transactions go through fine, but every now and then there’s a lag that makes me wonder what’s going on.

I really liked that the pricing was laid out clearly from the start and I didn’t have to sit there wondering what extra charges might show up later, because everything was easy to understand, there weren’t any random fees popping up afterward, and that made the whole experience feel straightforward and stress-free.

Greenwood’s been easy to use, honestly. The app is simple, and I really like knowing my money is helping support Black and brown communities. So far it’s been solid for me, no drama, no hassle.

"App is decent, but a little apology would be nice"
The mobile app is easy to use and usually loads quickly, which I appreciate. I did have it freeze on me once while I was checking my account, and that was a bit frustrating. Overall, it does what I need, but I’d expect at least a quick apology or acknowledgment when something like that happens.

The card came quicker than I expected, and activating it was easy with no issues. I’m usually a little skeptical about dealing with customer service if something goes wrong, so I was glad I didn’t have to contact anyone.

I used gogreenwood.com and ended up needing to reach out to support because there was an issue with my order.
They did get back to me, and the person who replied was nice enough, but it definitely took longer than I was hoping. I kept checking my email a few times, which got a little annoying after a while.
They eventually answered my question and got it sorted, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish they were a bit quicker with replies. Average for me, honestly

I signed up through gogreenwood.com and the setup was straightforward. The verification part took a little while, but it wasn’t a big deal or anything. I just followed the steps and uploaded what they needed. I got approved without having to reach out to support, which was nice. So far everything feels smooth and not confusing, there’s just something about it that feels easy to use
